Brook Suspension is Europe's leading independent, motorcycle suspension specialist. We service, rebuild and repair OEM motorcycle forks from the likes of Ohlins, Showa, KYB and WP. We also have recognition from aftermarket manufacturers such as K-Tech (Premier Dealer & UK Distributor), Nitron (Technical Centre) and Andreani (the UK's only Gold Partner).

Our service is simple - you send us your loose forks, we refurbish them to the very highest standard and then return them to you with Fedex on an extended liability, next-day service. Once they arrive back with you, they're ready to be fitted back on the bike with no other work required.

Our service includes:

  • Disassembly of front forks including all internal parts
  • Inspection of all parts for wear or damage
  • Inspection of stanchions and outer tubes for straightness
  • Polish chrome tubes
  • Strip and thorough clean of piston assemblies
  • New genuine NOK oil seals
  • Rebuilt with high quality Motul Factory Line fork oil

When sending us your forks, remember the following:

  • Prices quoted are for a pair of forks. Please note we only work on pairs of forks not singles
  • Please ensure you include a note with your full name, telephone number, email address, make/model/year of bike and a list of the services required
  • Make sure that the forks are reasonably clean before they are packed up, to avoid any additional cleaning charges
  • Our standard service does not include the cost of dust seals and bushes. These will be inspected once the forks are stripped and changed if necessary
  • Anything over and above the aforementioned will be charged at the rate as per the optional extras on our website

Once again a fantastic job by dave and Marc, dropped my z900rs forks off for a piston kit and springs , turn around was less than a week, brilliant job , and as always a pleasure to deal with

Cagiva Mito 125 rebuilt forks to as new condition

Brooks have completely refurbished my Cagiva Mito MK2 USD forks. Rebuilt Internals, anodised uppers, powder coated lowers and replaced sliders. they are literally as good as new. They also supplied a new rear shock that is high quality. Great communication. Very happy customer.

2004 Zx636 Fork service and new lowers

Sent my zx636 b1h forks off for service knowing that the fork lowers would need re chroming as pitted quite badly, upon inspection Marc rang straight away to inform me they would need that doing but pre warned me that this make of forks are prone to stripping threads when stripped so rang first before he went ahead which I said yes and as he thought they stripped , that was my doing as I gave the go ahead but what happened next is where these guys where great they managed to source brand new genuine Kawasaki fork lowers and gave me them at a price which I couldn't beat looking myself , so had them rebuild and serviced the rest of the forks and had ktech springs in to match my weight. All in all a fantastic service from very knowledgeable guys who kept me informed all the way through the process which was a quick turn around , so impressed that when I get to the rear I'll be sending my rear shock to be rebuilt with a ktech spring 5******

The communication was friendly, informative and professional, which helps with better understanding of the service/repair process. On completion of the work, I was immediately contacted and briefed on what was done and the costs. The forks were dispatched to me very quickly and they are now back where they belong, on my motorbike... All appears to be working as they should and I would recomend Brook Suspension to any biker who needs fork service, repair or overhaul maintenance. What a fantastic service! Amazing job on my old and tired forks..got them back better than new..! Fast and efficient service,great communication throughout and the end result was worth it...will definitely use again in the future..top class

A twenty year old blade I was rebuilding , and the forks had seen better days Upgraded the springs and powder coated the bottom stanchions Transformed the look of the bike but also the handling is in a different league I would completely recommend using this service , they have now done front and rear of my blade Gary

If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, then we will put the matter right. You can return any item within 14 days and we will gladly replace the item or offer a full refund for it. All we ask is that you notify us of the fault within 7 days and send the items back unused in their original condition with all the original packaging. Who do we use to deliver your order?

Our back office systems are fully integrated with Royal Mail, FedEx and DHL which means that the second your parcel is dispatched you will be sent an email containing your tracking details, we also aim to incorporate your mobile number within the booking process to allow the courier to send you a text message. This allows both you and us to track your parcel's every move from our door to yours!

Small items and orders such as fork spares are usually sent via Royal Mail whereas shock absorbers and forks will be sent via FedEx or DHL, all of whom make daily collections from our premises.

All our delivery costs are calculated on total weight, this includes the weight of both the products and the packaging.

Points to note

  • We aim to deliver your order next day if ordered by 3pm if you use our express services
  • All returns must be sent back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk
  • All delivery timescales are subject to stock availability
  • Small items may be delivered by post.
  • The contents of your order and your delivery postcode may determine which delivery services you will be provided
  • Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes on any of our delivery services
