One would like to say to those navigating the inter Web to give up because this is the place for all your shock absorber rebuild requirements. My story had a little history in the sense I had a rear shock from a KTM that belonged to a bike that my son owned. Sadly back in February of 2019 he passed away after an accident on the said bike. Personally having Brook Suspension carry out the rebuild was initially driven by cost but after a few phone calls the compassion the team showed made me happy I definitely made the right decision. They definitely know what there doing and the speed of the turn around due to the current climate (Covid 19) was excellent. I asked the team for a favour in that any parts that have been swapped out be returned to be used in a collarge in memory of Aqib which they did. Guys at Brook Suspension thanks for all your help and oh yes thanks for the snazzy bobble hat.
