Communication was poor, failing to get in touch to confirm that the order had been received (including payment) and how best to ship the forks and what information to include in the parcel. Once I had shipped the forks, they refused to acknowledge my 3 emails asking for confirmation that they had arrived safely, but instead opted to ask for my name and address. I gave up sending further emails and I had no further communication from them until after the work had been completed when they notified me they were on the way back.

Brilliant work and even managed to get them back to me before Christmas so I could fit them whilst on my work Christmas holidays.

Had to wait a while beyond suggested dateline in these turbulent times, but the quality of workmanship was truly first rate. I had dings on my forks which are now no longer there and so I know the chrome is thick! They were machined to spec. and were easy to reinstall. I will definitely recommend to people at the opposite end of the country. Truly excellent work! Thank you.

Brook Suspension did a great job grinding back any damage and then re-chroming and finishing. Very pleased with the result.
